Looking for a person with Retail experience of handling Multiple Stores preferably from Apparel or Garments with Good Team Building Spirit , Managerial Skills & one who is having a hold on maintaining Stock / Inventory & Shrinkage control:
Desired Skills
Identify and open new stores, negotiate terms etc.
Service the needs of existing retail stores and build relationship with key stakeholders
Lead by example and demonstrate sampling and customer interaction to team on shop floor
Increase sales of company's products through new strategies & various routes to market
Compile and analyze sales figures on daily basis
ollect customer feedback and market research
Keep up to date with products and competitors

MUST :-
Graduate
Age upto 28 years
Should have handled a minimum business of 60 lac -80 Lac per month
2 -3 years experience on a Store Manager level
Should have handled a Team Size of atleast 10 members
Should have Min.5 years experience in Retail
 
This role requires extensive travelling across the city, candidate who are willing to travel must only apply.
