Sales Manager

Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/ Open Market.
Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program. 
Ensure high level of customer service.
Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
Responsible for achieving monthly business target. 
Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business for Mortgage.

Desired Candidates profile:

Graduate/Post Graduate.
Thorough understanding of Home Loans & Loans against Property market. 
The candidate should have a minimum experience of 5-6 years 
Banking knowledge and experience is must
The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality
Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills
Team-playing ability
