Java Developer cum Trainer

Candidate with min. Year of industryexperience .
Candidate should have at least (2-4 yrs) experience in Java Trainer profile.
Candidate should have sound knowledge in Core Java , Advance Java & Android.
Candidates should have knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery , AJAX, Mysql, Oracle
Knowledge on frameworks( Spring,Struts, Hibernate) would be an added advantage
Guiding students for academic projects
Good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
Should have zeal & focus to train the students and make career in Training
Knowledge of open source applications/ software
Preparing and reviewing training contents.
Planning, organizing and delivering in house and corporate training programs
Conducting assessment tests and preparation of performance report
Following up on the effectiveness of training and reporting about feedback
Good exposure to real time development project
