Charging Analyst

Role purpose

Charging Analyst to work in a busy Prepaid Operations team, utilising Huawei Charging system.

A central function of the company's operations and revenue generation, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an ability to translate and implement the business' tariff requirements, perform day-to-day housekeeping duties and provide out of hours troubleshooting and fault rectification ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Product and Tariff Changes:

Implementing Products and Tariff changes on the system ensuring that the business requirements are met within the timelines given

System admin and expert on Huawei Charging system

Monitor the processes defined in the services catalogue between services stakeholders and the operations & provisioning teams with an end-to-end overview, tracking KPIs and SLAs

Ensure System availability with key engineering focused processes and procedures.

Ensure system maintenance with correct operation and maintenance activities

In a direct contact with the Network teams, evaluating the services impact based on the complaints raised, making sure they are given the attention needed from the involved teams according to the volume of issue

Service Faults and Adjustments:

Follow up on Faults handled by Operations team and the ones escalated to the vendor, with a wider view of the services impacted. Followed by any Adjustments/fixes needed for subscribers/services

Skills and experience

Has worked in an overseeing capacity Charging System Services Delivery.

Expert Knowledge of Intelligent Networks and Charging Systems.

Excellent knowledge of Wireless/Prepaid technologies.

Excellent knowledge on scripting and SQL.

Excellent knowledge on CAMEL and Diameter call flows.

Bachelors/Master’s Degree Graduate.

System expertize specifically on Huawei Online Charging system.
