- Regular visits to the customers to attain new business.
- Regular follow-ups with the customers through mailers & tele-calling to fix the meetings & fetch the new business.
- Managing Clients and Projects.
- In case of existing business strive hard to increase the S.O.B.
- Determining marketing objectives & Assisting in the preparation of annual budgetary sales forecast.
- Planning marketing activities in conjunction with companys growth.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Making the Schedules of the customers.
- Providing the management with different information which facilitates them in decision making.
- Overdue Payments, C Forms and other follow-ups with the customers.
- Providing operational support to all other department to ensure the fulfillment of the commitment to the valuable customers.
- Monitoring daily dispatches and other customers & ensuring the timely deliveries.
- Establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with customers and resolving the issues.
