Job Description: - Should have proven track record in managing SEO projects - Should comfortably handle On-page / off-page optimization. - Must have achieved ORM for any single client. - Implement off-page SEO content strategies such as coding. - Sound knowledge of popular social networks - Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Stumbleupon, Tumblr, Linkedin, Quora. - Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way - Researching keywords using tools. - Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation Issues on the website. - Should be well versed with Google Compile and present SEO performance reports. - Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for the websites. - Should have good knowledge about Google SEO related algorithms. - Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings. - Run controlled SEO experiments and prove the value of our ideas and help scale them up - Responsible for the creation of information architecture of the website and SEO future proofing. - Candidate should be well versed in Keyword Research, HTML modifications, Link Building, Social Bookmarking, Guest Blog Posts, Business Listing, Develop - Content, Manage Google Adwords Account, Posting on Social Media. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills and Experience - Proven ability to work closely with technical/designing teams. - Strong Experience of Organic SEO in Leadership Capacity . - Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies. - Web analytics - HTML(Tags, basic level coding, tool Dreamweaver) - Design/Development (should understand ui/ux from a user point of view; use simple coding with standards (flexible and scalable). - Online promotion(various other mediums(web directories etc) ,should be known to link building activities) - On page/off page optimization Desired Candidate Profile Education- - UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc - Computers, BCA - Computers - PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, MBA/PGDM - Information Technology, International - Business, Marketing. - Ability to generate good business through SEO/SMO/SMM for Clients - Exp. in Multiple clients / team / projects management - Effective English Communication (verbal & written)
