Estate Manager

Job Description-

The person will be responsible for the entire building management.

Daily operations having maintained highest possible standards are attained overall to facilitate services to the customers/apartment owners of the society/complex.

Vendor management, supplier negotiation and communication with clients and holding meeting in diverse aspects.

Liaise with Government bodies for various requirements & handling or tackling local issues with latter, minutes of a meeting, public notice and other communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 /year
